Ensure that you’ve downloaded the game directly from the Google Play Store.
We recommend to also free up memory on your device by closing unused running apps. Additionally, we recommend removing unused videos, pictures and apps to create more space on your device. If this does not help, try clearing your device's cache:
Enter your device's Settings > Apps > Fantasy Town > Clear Cache
Note: clearing your cache does not delete your in-game progress.
We also recommend to turn the device off, wait for several seconds, then turn it back on. If none of the above has worked, it is possible that the application has corrupted data.
