Make sure that you are typing in your account name correctly, and not your character’s name. Account names are case-sensitive. Then make sure you are typing in your password correctly as well, passwords are also case sensitive. You may also want to try and reset your password. If you are still unable to log into your account, you may be banned. In that case, you can try for an appeal by contacting our customer support team.
